Terms of use

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give accurate information. Don't pretend to be someone else or to work for a company you don't.

• KindHire is free for jobseekers, always.
• Your profile should honestly reflect your skills and experience.
• Fit scores show how closely your profile matches a job description. They are not a prediction of whether you'll get the job.
• Jobs imported from company careers sites are checked by us, but the employer is responsible for the job and its details. When you apply on their site, their own terms and privacy policy apply.

• Only post real, current jobs that you are able to fill, with honest pay and details.
• Hire lawfully and fairly. Don't discriminate, and don't ask for information about protected characteristics.
• Reply to every applicant within the reply promise you set on each role. Your reply record is shown publicly on your jobs.
• Use candidates' information only to recruit for the roles they applied for, or that you invite them to. Don't download, copy or sell candidate data, or contact candidates for anything else.
• Only claim a company page if you're authorised to act for that company. We may ask for proof.
• KindHire is free for employers during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and you'll never be charged without agreeing first.

• Post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or discriminatory.
• Send spam, scrape or copy the site or its data, or try to break or overload it.
• Use KindHire to collect personal information for anything other than genuine recruitment.

Hiro, Wise and our job checker use AI. They're helpful, but they can make mistakes, so check anything important before relying on it. AI never makes hiring decisions: people do.

• We work hard to keep KindHire running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
• We can't guarantee that you'll find a job or a candidate, or control what employers and candidates do.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to £100 or the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
