Help Legal Data decide where to invest in legal content globally, and build the systems and processes that deliver it. Covers content prioritisation, business cases, and partner operations from signed agreement to live content.
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
At Legora, we're on a mission to transform the way lawyers work. Our AI-native platform helps legal professionals work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and focus on the work that matters most. We build closely with our clients, move at a market-leading pace, and are scaling rapidly across teams and geographies.
Legal Data is the foundation of what Legora knows. The team decides which legal sources our users can rely on (legislation, case law, and commentary from leading publishers) and makes them available across a growing number of markets, through our own content build and partnerships with publishers and institutions worldwide.
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help Legal Data decide where to invest globally—and build the systems and cross-functional processes that turn those decisions into delivery. You'll connect client demand, content usage and partnership opportunities for digital collection to clear priorities, and create the operating model that helps the team scale.
You'll bring structure to a fast-moving area without adding unnecessary process. Much of what you build doesn't exist yet, so you should be comfortable starting from an ambiguous problem, forming a practical approach, and improving it as you go.
This is an individual-contributor role with broad ownership and global reach. You'll be part of the Engineering & Product Operations team, with a dotted line to the Head of Legal Data, and work closely with Legal Data, Product, Engineering, Growth and Legal across Legora. A legal background is not required.
At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
