• Build and execute strategic account plans by developing a deep understanding of your customers' business, identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and maximising long-term customer value.
• Identify growth opportunities across business units, geographies, and product lines to expand your portfolio through new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Drive adoption across Perk's Travel and Spend platform by identifying underutilised features, expanding use cases, and partnering with customers on change management initiatives.

• Effectively prioritise your time and resources to maximise impact across your portfolio and key business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience managing a portfolio of Tier 1 customers in a SaaS, travel-tech, fintech, or spend management environment. Experience working with finance, procurement, travel, or expense management ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and executive leadership within large enterprise organisations.

• Empathetic: someone who can identify with the customer and genuinely wants to support them using an optimal problem-solving methodology
• Honest, open and trustworthy: your peers and managers can trust you. You are a team player, don’t play political games, and care more about the team’s success than about your own career gains
