Manage a portfolio of professional host accounts in the UK, growing sales and onboarding new high-quality supply. Run optimisation calls, business reviews and in-person host support, travelling to your market periodically.
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
Our Supply Team is growing, and we want you to be part of it! As a Market Manager, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimisation of hosts in your assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships, helping them optimise their listings, improve pricing strategies and enhance their overall success on Airbnb.
As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of a book of business in the UK by managing professional host accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory. You will also be tasked with developing and refining scalable, localised supply management strategies for established, competitive markets and less penetrated markets, aiming to secure our long-term success and growth in these regions. This role is based in London.
