Support health, safety, environmental and quality across HS2 fencing and infrastructure works. Visible on site: inspections, audits, toolbox talks, reviewing RAMS and investigating incidents.
As an HSEQ Advisor, you will support the safe and successful delivery of fencing and associated infrastructure works across the HS2 programme. Working closely with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and installation teams, you will provide practical Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality support across all operational activities.
This is a dual-role position with responsibility for both HSEQ compliance and quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, right first time and in accordance with client specifications and HS2 requirements.
You will be a visible presence on site, helping to educate, coach and develop teams whilst promoting a positive safety and quality culture. We are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships with operational teams, maintaining high standards while taking a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to construction activities.
Rather than simply identifying issues, you will work collaboratively with crews and management teams to find safe, workable solutions that support successful project delivery.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package including bonus and car/car allowance.
