At Perk, we believe in empowering cross-functional teams that drive exceptional results for our customers and the company. We’re transforming how work gets done by eliminating tedious manual processes in travel, spend, and events.
As a Product Manager at Perk, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and leading execution. You’ll work closely with customers, stakeholders, and lean product development teams to build best in class solutions for our users. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join the team and own the Billing product area.
Billing isn't just a back-office function for us; it's a strategic product area that directly impacts our ability to win in new markets and scale globally. Our billing platform enables finance teams to accurately analyse and forecast travel spend, the automation to streamline their accounting, and the accuracy to trust their financials. Thanks to our AI-powered invoice collection service and partner integrations, we help customers save thousands in VAT reclaims. We are on a mission to make complex financial operations feel effortless.
As the Staff Product Manager for Billing, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a product that is the financial engine of our business. You will transform complex challenges—from international tax compliance to AI-powered invoice data extraction—into a seamless, scalable, and intelligent billing platform. This is a mission-critical role where you will directly shape our commercial strategy, enhance customer trust, and build a key pillar of our competitive advantage.
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world, English is the official language at the office. Please submit your resume in English if you choose to apply. Do not forget to submit an updated portfolio and/or resume.
Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We’re an equal opportunity employer, which means you’re welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you’re from, or anything else that makes you, well, you.
